Happy Halloween!

(insert creepy music) *Evil voice* Happy Halloween! MUAHHAHAHAH
Ok...ok...Cut out the act!
Even though I don't celebrate it, I have always loved the essence of Halloween. I guess I really like all the things associated with Halloween: the dressing up, the trick or treating, the spookiness, the horror, haunted houses and the thought of it as "free candy day"! To those who are celebrating have a great time! And to those who are like me and are stuck at home.... well keep yourself entertained! Sigh.
-_-"

And check out this video on some really stomach busting Halloween cake, that most I can't even eat!
Do you like the cupcake my mom & sis made?

Want to get more candy this year? Take a look here to find out how! And here to get Halloween ideas and here for Halloween crafts. (I know its too late to post this *-_-")

All right, bye everyone and have a happy Halloween!

My Dad's B'day

Hi all!

Today is my dad's b'day. We are having a BBQ party for him tonight. He's still talking with his friends upstairs... So as I have some spare time I thought of blogging. My dad is AWESOME. He works too much in my opinion, I always wish that I can go straight to his boss & say, "Sir, give my dad a break, even if it's for a day.". But that surely will never happen, unfortunately. |:P My dad & I love to watch  movies together, but he usually falls asleep half way. -_- But I love him, my dad. <3

When I first went up stairs the weather was quite cold, to bad I was wearing short sleeves. I can't stand the cold, the chills shake me with goosebumps on my arms. *shivers* I had some satay, kebabs and paneer. I LOVE PANEER!!! It's soooo goood! I got to do some BBQing with my sis & gran. The BBQ was fuming with smoke. My sis didn't fan it properly and as I was standing nicely eating a shrimp kebab, I choked on the shrimp. -_- And that was some good shrimp.

We then ate more... and more... and more. Until my belly felt as if it stretched into a balloon. I felt like tumbling over. But there was still some of that (yummy, yet lethal) paneer. But oh! I can't I just can't my fullness has won over my greed for more food.

At last the b'day cake was here. It had three tiers. The bottom layer was covered with lemon icing with kiwis, second tier covered in chocolate and the last tier was a black forest. It was already quite an amount of cake to digest, to much to finish.

The thing that I hate about parties, especially our own parties, are that there is too much cake. Sure that ginormous, expensive, intricate cake looks pretty, but are you going to finish it? The answer probably is no. So over the weekend my family and I are going to be finishing off cake. Ecck! Hats off to all who don't need to!

Gud night people!

Yay! First Post!

Welcome to my first blog! Can't believe I have one now! Don't have much to say really.... So I guess let's start with something about me. I live in India now, though I'm not Indian. I'm Indonesian and I left Indonesia when I was small. Then I lived in Singapore for 6 and a half years. In July 2010 I moved to Chandigarh.

When I came to Chandigarh the first thing that hit me was the complete difference of the sight, smell, noise and the weather. I could smell lots of  smoke, hear lots of honking and beeping of cars, the weather was at first harsh and hot and all around I could see big, tall, sturdy green trees. I've adjusted to Chandigarh now, it's also known as City Beautiful. I have to agree since the it's the cleanest Indian city I've been to. Also with the number of parks this city has it adds colour to  it.

Here the people where lots of colourful clothes. I love the vibrancy and the colour of the different clothes they wear. I can't recall the names of the clothes but the texture and detail of there clothing, especially their wedding clothes, are so vibrant.

I also like Indian food. I like butter naan, dosa and vaada.  When we first arrived in Chandigarh we stayed in a hotel for 40 days. I was sooooo sick of hotel food. The same breakfast for 40 days. Ecck! At least my family ranked 3rd for longest stay at that hotel!

Ok, that's it for now!
